“3 Passo” means 3 steps to obtain a unique Italian blend, a 3-step winemaking approach based on Italian vocated terroirs, only organic grapes and masterful vegan winemaking.
3 Passo Rosso is a blend of Negroamaro and Syrah aged in french oak. Amazingly well balanced between intensity and finesse with a complex nose and palate leading to a long finish.
NOSE
On the nose it features aromas of plums, blueberries, blackcurrants and blackberries, complemented by toasted and cigar notes.
PALATE
Elegantly dry, this velvety red wine is full of flavour and multilayered on the palate.
Moderate in acidity, it flatters the palate with a velvety sensation throughout the end.
VINIFICATION
Sun-dried partially cold fermented grapes, followed by aging on the fine lees for a few months before bottling.
PAIRING
Enjoy this organic red as an accompaniment to duck breast, meatballs, chicken braised in red wine or vegetable couscous.
