Wine Description & Tasting Notes
Being Osado is not about being fearless, or not having second thoughts. Being Osado means living without prejudice, being free of any obligations and building your own way of life. The distinctive expression of the Uco Valley, where unique wines are produced.
Much like its red counterpart, the Malbec grapes are hand-harvested but the clusters were pressed softly at very low pressure so that the must did not take on any colour from the skin. This previously unimaginable concept has now created a Blanc de Noir style nose and palate in a still wine with an interesting addition of texture rarely found except in high end wines.
Nose: Fresh bouquet of red fruits and white flowers such as citrus blossom and jasmine.
Palate: Elegant with a rich texture and refreshing acidity. floral notes and fleshy orchard fruits.
Food Pairings: Delicious enjoyed on its own but loves to be paired with flavourful seafood or poultry.
