Alder Vineyard is a family run vineyard and award winning café in Lewdown just outside of Okehampton, Devon. Who knew the edge of Dartmoor could be the perfect home for 5,000 vines!

Made from 100% Madeleine Angevine this delicate variety makes easy drinking but aromatic wines. Delightfully refreshing on its own but loves to be paired with food.

Colour: bright and pale

Palate: dry with notes of melon and apple. Very light and refreshing

Food Pairings: Chicken dishes, fresh seafood or light pasta dishes
