Bodegas Care was founded in 2000 as a modern project focused on grape and wine quality and with 150 hectares and a state of the art winery. Care aims to lead in an area with a great heritage of wine.

70% Tempranillo 30% Merlot

Crianza: Aged 8 months in American oak barrels, native to the forests of Kentucky

Nose: Clean and intense aromas of ripe red and black fruits, with spicy notes from the crianza ageing

Palate: Rich, powerful and full of ripe black and red fruit with oak derived flavours of cedar and coconut husk. Its tannins are silky with a finish that is long, persistent and fruit driven.

Food Pairings: Great with roast meats, Iberian ham and Spanish hard cheeses
