2006 was an exceptional year for Chardonny in Burgundy and so it comes to no surprise this Blanc de Blancs, made from 100% Chardonnay is the perfect example of when elegance meets vibrance.

Prolonged ageing provides a gateway to a world of roasted, toasted notes, with shades of mint and hints of citrus breathing a whisper of lightness and freshness.
