Wine Description & Tasting Notes
You wont find a better Rosé champagne for less. Incredible depths of flavour and character that really puts the big Champagne names to shame!
“A surprising champagne somewhere between delicacy and voluptuousness.”
Our Favourite Rosé Champagne by far. Whether its the extra weight to the palate from the majority Pinot Meunier or the 5 years of ageing on the lees that not only adds autolytic flavours and complexity but harmonises the wine. All of its flavours from fruit to brioche toast to a that note of almond elegantly dance togther in this bottle on its fine bubbles.
50%Meunier
Nose: Fine elegant nose, offering ripe black cherry fruit supported by lightly toasted notes.
Palate: Full and well-rounded flavours, with aromas of red fruit opening up. There are light, minty notes underlined by touches of grilled almond that flatter the palate. The crisp finish gives the whole wine a fresh, clean lift.
Food Pairings: Perfect with warm fruit tarts or fruit desserts, or as an aperitif.
