Wine Description & Tasting Notes
Beautifully textured and deliciously tangy, this is always such a brilliant version of one of Spain’s most famous white varieties. Lovely ripe stone fruit, Mediterranean herbs, pithy citrus with the lovely weight on the palate, all underpinned by a gentle saltiness on the long finish thats often synonomous with Albariño from Rías Baixas
Nose: White flowers over a salinity touch and white fruits
Palate: Fresh and tangy, lots of white peach and citrus flavours with a long signature sea salt finish
Food Pairing: A delight on its own but loves to be paired with seafood and roasted poultry.
