Huxbear Vineyard was planted by Ben and Lucy Hulland in 2007 on 15 acres of south and south west facing slopes in the Teign Valley, Devon. just off the A38 near Finlake holiday park
Huxbear Classic Sparkling 2018 is produced from a blend of the classic sparkling varieties.
55% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir & 5% Pinot Meunier.
Made using the Champagne method of production, this wine has had 36 months lees aging and is brut in style..
Nose: bright notes of Peach cobbler, green apples and toasted brioche
Palate: Creamy flavours of peaches and apples with a biscuity undertone and fine and persistent mousse
Food Pairings:Perfect for any celebration and to bring life to any dinner occasion but also loves to be paired with comfort foods such as Ramen and fried Chicken.
