Found in the vast Riverina region in southeastern Australia’s New South Wales, Mino & Co has been crafting wine from locally sourced grapes since the late 1990s. Here the talented team work with a number of quality grape growers and cover a broad range of impressive, varietal wines, indicative of their grape type and region.
You’ll notice the hands of each of our growers featured on the front of the labels, to share with you the actual people who have had a hand in the making of these stunning wines.
Made from 100% Shiraz grapes from low yielding vines. partially aged in oak barrels. Vibrant & balanced with characterful intensity.

Nose: peppery dark fruit, currants and hints of dried herbs
Palate: wild blackberry and forest fruits with soft velvet tannins and balanced acidity
