Wine Description & Tasting Notes

Nordes Gin was born from a love of the Northerly Atlantic wind which sweeps across Galicia. Developed by a Chef, Sommelier, & wine grower who wanted to bring the flavours of Galicia to the Gin drinker.

Tasting Note: A beautiful aromatic character, with a slightly sweet palate.

Production Method: Albariño grape based spirit with 11 botanicals including six wild Galician varietals – Mint, Sage, Laurel, Salicornia, Lemon Verbena & Eucalyptus, are joined by 5 from around the World – Tea, Hibiscus, Cardamom, Ginger and, of course, Juniper.
