Using the best Pinot noir from the Côtes du Nuits, This Nuit Saint George Premier cru is elegant with its intensity and harmonious with its flavours. delivering an unforgettable experience in a glass but also the perfect companion to some of the worlds most delicious and elegant dishes.

Nose: Fleshy notes of Cherries and dried strawberries evolving to notes of forest floor and vanilla.

Palate: A lot of elegance and a structure of finesse. Bold black fruit notes lifted with oaky spice and earthy undertones. Burgundy elegance at its best.

Food Pairings: Highly recommended to sip and savour on its own but is also delicious with grilled meat, cheeses and truffle laced pasta/rissotto
