A Sparkling wine from Cava, Spain. Made from Garnacha, Tre pat and in this case a touch of Pinot noir to add a beautiful pink hue. Aged for a minimum of 9 months and made in the traditional method, this Rosé Cava shows elegance and a fine, persistent mousse.
Aromas that are typical of a delicate rose cava: the subtleties of violets and roses in combination with ripe red berries: strawberries, raspberries and blueberries. On the palate it is smooth, very creamy, fresh and elegant.
