Wine Description & Tasting Notes
Nestled in the heart of the Sussex countryside, close to the picturesque market town of Petworth, Roebuck Estates was founded by two friends who shared a passion for great wine and had a clear vision: to craft exceptional vintage sparkling wines every single year that could be enjoyed all over the world.
Crafted from handpicked Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes grown at Roebuck estate’s beautiful Sussex vineyards. Rosé de Noirs was partially fermented in Burgundian oak barrels and bottle aged for a minimum of 53 months.
Nose: Fragrant aromas of ripe strawberries, raspberries and peach
Palate: Vibrant and expressive, displaying notes of ripe red fruits, white blossom and almond. Beautifully balanced with a bright seam of acidity, a fine persistent mousse and a long, yet elegant length.
Food Pairing: Perfect to enjoy and savour on its own but great when paired with canapés or grilled salmon or sushi.
