New Zealand’s Snapper Rock have won many international awards for their range of wines. They aim to deliver affordable, fruit-driven styles of wine that capture the maritime climate and unique terroir. Grapes are sourced from their vineyards around Marlborough and Hawkes Bay, with local knowledge of young winemakers adding modern flair to their wines.
Crisp, fresh and vibrant, a dry, light bodied yet full flavoured Sauvignon Blanc with passion fruit, gooseberry, lime and wild herb flavours coming through. A mouth watering acidity leaves the palate fresh and dry.
Nose: fruity and intensely aromatic with notes of passionfruit, kaffir lime and floral characteristics
Palate: vibrant with punchy flavours and juicy acidity
