Wine Description & Tasting Notes

Probably the most vibrant rosé out there! A blend of 75% Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc and 25% Ward Valley Pinot noir.

The Sauvignon is of course the main star, bringing energy and pronouced vibrancy to the wine whilst the Pinot noir not only adds the dash of salmon pink but also elegance, and a creamy roundness to the wine.

Colour: vibrant pale strawberry

Nose: ripe tropical fruit notes

Palate: fresh gooseberry and strawberry notes giving vibrant mouth-watering acidity and a clean palate

Food Pairings: Light fish and salads, or great on its own
